About Us

At Caring Minds Education Services, we specialise in bespoke tuition for children and young people with a wide range of educational needs. We work in partnership with Virtual Schools, Local Authorities, Hospital Schools and Alternative Provisions, supporting learners including those experiencing EBSA/EBSNA, and those educated under Section 19 of the Education Act.

Proudly ARC Kitemarked, our practice is underpinned by a trauma informed and relational approach that places trust, safety and connection at the heart of learning. We believe children need to feel safe before they can thrive, which is why every student is carefully matched with a tutor who best meets their individual needs. All of our tutors receive specialist training, including mandatory trauma informed practice, enabling them to support vulnerable young people with compassion and confidence.

We provide personalised tuition across Ks1 to A Level in Core Subjects, working collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure learning aligns with education plans, care plan and reintegration goals where appropriate.

Our work is driven by experience, compassion and purpose. Our Founder and Director has worked in Education since 2012, holds a Masters in Education and has extensive experience supporting children who are medically unable to access mainstream education. This first hand understanding shapes our commitment to delivering education that is both academically ambitious and deeply person centred.
